- I am an experienced yoga teacher, body worker, and energy healer. Certified by Mount Madonna, I have been teaching yoga professionally since 2000 and am a registered practitioner of many other body-mind healing modalities. Based in Minneapolis, I am devoted to exploring the creative act of living, becoming a fully conscious human being, and facilitating healing on all levels. With a comprehensive understanding of the body and the healing process, my personal mission as a teacher is to inspire and awaken others to the truth of who they really are.
